Welcome to Rowde C of E Primary Academy.

At Rowde, we are a very special school community with one clear vision: to inspire everyone to Learn, Grow and Love. We believe every child and every member of our community has unique gifts and talents and we are committed to nurturing, supporting and inspiring everyone to flourish.

It is a privilege to be Headteacher of Rowde, having previously served as both a Key Stage 2 teacher and Deputy Headteacher. Together with our dedicated staff, supportive families, governors, Acorn Education Trust and colleagues across the Diocese, we continue to build a school where children thrive academically, socially, emotionally and spiritually.

When you join Rowde, you become part of a family rooted in love, kindness and belonging. Our Christian values of Respect, Optimism, Wisdom, Determination, Enthusiasm and Love shape everything we do, guiding our relationships, our learning and our decisions each day. We have high expectations for both behaviour and achievement because we believe every child deserves the opportunity to succeed and to discover all they are capable of.

Our aim is not simply to prepare children for their next stage of education, but to equip them with the confidence, character, knowledge and values that will enable them to flourish throughout their lives. We are passionate about creating an environment where children feel safe, valued and challenged, knowing that strong relationships and emotional wellbeing provide the foundations for exceptional learning.

We know that children achieve their very best when school and home work together in partnership. I hope our website gives you a flavour of what makes Rowde such a special place but nothing compares to experiencing it for yourself.
