School Meals

At Rowde, the majority of pupils enjoy a school meal through Lataca, an excellent local caterer run by Laura Taylor. These are provided (as per government legislation) free to pupils until they finish Key Stage 1 (end of Year 2), and can be paid-for thereafter for older pupils. Pupils are also permitted to bring a packed lunch which are stored safely until midday.  

Our meals are cooked on site by our brilliant cook, Nicky, (who is also our cleaner and often helps in classrooms and with school events) and we are very grateful to have freshly prepared food at Rowde. Nicky, and Lataca, do everything they can to ensure all children's preferences and dietary requirements are met.
